VancouverHalloween.com is hosting a one day Halloween information Trade Show titled "InfoSCARE" in Late August early to mid September of 2010.
NEWS: We have secured a venue. Details and final event confirmation will be posted once the municipal permit has be acquired.
InfoSCARE will be Vancouver's first Halloween trade show created specifically for Halloween and and Vancouver's local Haunters. InfoSCARE 2010 will consist of vendors selling and promoting Haunted Halloween Attractions, Halloween Shows & Events, and other related Halloween products & services to help you to jump start your Halloween Celebrations.

Public Ticket prices are yet to be determined but partial proceeds will be donated to charity. Children under 12 will be admitted free.
Ticket prices also includes eligibility for our show prize..TBA
As an "Attendee", InfoSCARE will be a wonderful opportunity to talk with the people 'behind the scenes' and to learn what is new for Halloween 2010.
We are asking the public to please bring a donation of a non-perishable food item to support the local food banks.
The Show Date for the general public will be on a Sunday. Plenty of free parking will be available.
Vendor Info
As a "Vendor", InfoSCARE will provide you with an opportunity to get your brand directly to the consumer and to promote your haunted attraction, pre-sell tickets, exhibit products, distribute incentive coupons, and promote your services to your fellow Halloween enthusiasts!
Our Standard booth space will be 6ft x 10ft and will include one table and two chairs. An electrical hook-up will also be available for each booth.
Our Premium booth space will be 10ft x 10ft corner booth.
Larger space configuration may be considered.
The cost for the Vendor booths will be $250 -$500 depending on size and this is discounted for the this, our first year. Booths includes a table, 2 chairs, electrical hookup, and floor space to create a small display if required. You will also be listed on an official InfoSCARE web page (coming soon) with a link back to your web site.
All exhibitors are encouraged to dress their booths accordingly and it would be fun if vendor reps could be in costume :)
Load-in date for vendors will be the Saturday with the show on Sunday. Tear down will be Sunday after the venue has been cleared of all attendees.

On-Site Sales
On site sales is permitted but sales transaction methods will be the responsibility of each vendor. Wireless debit and CC machines. Talk to your Banking institution for details.
Date & Times
The Show will be held on a Sunday. Exact Date and TImes TBA.
Location
The location will be announced as soon as the municipal operating permits have been acquired.
Job Fair
Halloween Attractions are invited to use the show as a Job Fair if your attraction has employment or volunteer opportunities available.
